The spring tour will feature interesting new dramas of residents who died of unnatural causes, from murder to mayhem. Their stories will be brought to life as dramatists weave extraordinary and captivating tales through guided tours in the historic graveyard.  Presented by the Port of Jacksonville and Orange Park Pilot Clubs, proceeds from the tour will benefit the Jericho School, which serves autistic children, the Clay County Council on Aging and other community service projects of the two clubs.

This year will also feature an expanded Marketplace with tasty treats, desirable crafts, historic books, and photographs on sale.

Aside from the interesting tales, you’ll also be dazzled by the beauty of Evergreen Cemetery’s spectacular grounds, with its Arboretum-like setting. Visitors to the tour are requested to use the Main Gate entrance at Evergreen Cemetery, located at 4535 N. Main St.  Tours run continuously Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and last approximately two hours.

Tickets will be available throughout the Jacksonville and Orange Park area. Donations for tour admission are $10 in advance, $12 at the gate, and $4 for children under 12.
